“With inserts, poster, interviews, news-clippings and original clear plastic flexi record (first printing and first pressing of this 1975 recording). The definitive DAM document, hundreds of photos, manifesto rants and artwork, this one volume gathers a selection of pages from the scarce DAM magazines (6 issues printed from 1976–79), along with photos, collages and artwork from the 70s, many unpublished and unseen before. Each “Geisha This” contains a flexi disc of unreleased DAM music, band statements, manifestos, newspaper clippings and reviews. A total of three editions of “Geisha This” were produced. Each version was printed in different colours, with a different metallic cover and hand collated in a different sequence, containing new and different contents.
This version (the first edition), has a cover design by Niagara printed in Gold metallic ink on Black book cover-stock, the entire first printing was about 800 copies, printed with dozen's of multicoloured inks and paper stocks, hand-assembled, printed, designed and edited by Cary Loren, with artwork and texts by Mike Kelley, Jim Shaw, Loren and Niagara.” — From the publisher
