Artist book by Polish conceptual artist Jarosław Kozłowski. Based on a publication for students learning the English language, entitled “In the Sitting Room” from “Present Day English For Foreign Students” by E. Franck Candlin (Book 1, pages 18-19). A drawing and the original text are shown at the beginning of the publication. These are translated into a repeated and cropped photograph throughout the rest of the book, alongside a distortion of the original text. Through this work, Kozłowski reflects his concerns of the transparency of language to the reality it describes.
