Shipping and returns

1. Shipping costs

Within the UK:
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class. The shipping cost will be £3.90. Free shipping is offered for any order over £250.

Europe:
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. The shipping cost will be £6.90. Free shipping is offered for any order over £300.

World Zone 1:
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. The shipping cost will be £6.90. Free shipping is offered for any order over £300.

2. How long will my order take to reach me?

Within the UK:
Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class aim to deliver next working day, including Saturdays.

Europe & World Zone 1:
All our tracking and signature services aim to deliver to Europe within 3–7 working days 

3. How can I track my order?

For deliveries outside the UK, you will be sent an email with a reference number. You may use this number on the Royal Mail website using the provided link to track your item. 

4. Which countries do you ship to?

Europe:
All countries.

World Zone 1:
World Zone 1 generally covers countries in North America, South America, Africa, the Middle East, the Far East and South East Asia.

5. Which methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards, and through PayPal. Below is a list of accepted methods of payment:

  • Credit Card
  • Debit Card
  • PayPal

6. Do you store my credit or debit card details?

Soccochico doesn’t store your credit or debit card details. Our payment pages are served over TLS (https), credit card payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. 

To accomplish this, Stripe make use of best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security. Stripe forces HTTPS for all services using TLS (SSL).

7. I haven’t received an order confirmation, was my order succesful?

An email confirmation is automatically triggered upon order completion; however there are a number of reasons why you may have not received one:

  • If you’ve made a mistake when submitting your email address. Please email to notify us of any errors, so we can amend your details and send you the order confirmation. 
  • The confirmation may have been blocked by your spam filter so check your Junk folder. 
  • There may have been a ‘time-out’ issue at checkout or a dropped internet connection, which prevented the order from being successfully triggered.

You can contact us at info@soccochico.com and we will be able to confirm the payment/order status.

8. My browser timed out, was the order accepted?

Usually ‘time-out’ issues result in an order being unsuccessful. If you see a ‘404’ error message or are concerned that payment wasn’t processed properly, please email us at info@soccochico.com and we will respond as soon as possible.

9. I’d like to add to my order without paying repeat postage.

If you place an order only to realise you’ve forgotten something, then the quickest solution is to place a separate order for the additional item and email info@soccochico.com quoting both reference numbers. Providing we’re notified within 1 hour, we should be able to group both orders together and reimburse any excess shipping costs straight to your card.

10. My order hasn’t arrived

If you have concerns regarding the whereabouts of your order, the first thing to do is consult our delivery guidelines.

If the estimated arrival date, based on the above guidelines has elapsed, please email info@soccochico.com making sure to clearly state your unique order reference.

11. My order arrived incomplete

Soccochico are incredibly conscientious but occasionally mistakes do happen. If an item is missing (and you weren’t made aware of a stock shortage) or you’ve received something other than what you were expecting, please make us aware of any issues as soon as possible by emailing us at info@soccochico.com; attaching photographs if relevant.

12. What is our returns policy?

We hope you will like the items you order, but if for some reason you want to return it/them, you have seven calendar days from the date of receipt to return the item in its original condition. 

Please notify us in advance by email of any items you wish to return, stating the reasons for returning. All returned items must be sent using tracked and signed delivery. Refunds will be credited upon receipt of any returned item as long as it is in its original condition. Any item damaged by you unfortunately cannot be refunded and will be shipped back to you at your cost.
